How it Works?
To facilitate the process of buying or selling a currency, complete our online reservation form. This ensures that we can best serve you in a timely manner and have inventory on hand on the day of your in-store pickup.
* The online reservation process does not guarantee the exchange rate on your order. The exchange rates are calculated on the day that you pick up your order.
Visit our location at 6700 Bd Pierre-Bertrand suite:112, Québec, QC G2J 1A8 the day of your scheduled pickup. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after you place your reservation and a 2nd e-mail once your order is ready for pickup.*
* To ensure that we have sufficient inventory, you must wait until your receive a 2nd e-mail from us.
In order to pick up your reservation, you must provide a piece of government I.D (Photo I.D) to comply with laws and regulations.
* A piece of photo I.D is required to validate your identity. This includes a Drivers license, Medicare Care, Passport or Nationality Card

Rates & Payment
An exchange rate tells you the value of our currency in another country. Think of it as the price being charged to purchase that currency.
On the date of the pickup
No need to pay in advance. You will pay at the bureau when you pick up your order.
Yes, all bill denominations are accepted, unless torn, badly defaced or out of circulation
Yes for all transactions under $1000 CAD there is a service fee of $1.99 fee.
For certain currencies, we offer you the option to purchase a pre-pack which will guarantee the availability of small denominations for your order. Our pre-packs will allow you to reserve a % of your reservation in small denominations for an additional fee.
For example: If you want to reserve $1,000 USD and would like to receive a specific percentage in small denominations (i.e. 1$, 5$ and 10$ bills), we will offer you the following options:
– 100% in small denomination: + $1.99 fee
– 50% in small denomination: + $0.99 fee
– Standard: 25% in small denomination: + $0.99 fee
Note: At the moment we only offer pre-packs for certain currencies. If your selected currency is available for a pre-pack, you will be able to make this selection during the reservation process on our website.
Canadian debit cards or cash.
Note: If you are paying with a Canadian Debit card, the default daily transaction limit set by your bank is $1,000 CAD per day. If your reservation is for a greater amount, you will be required to call your bank before your pickup and increase this limit.

Even us at Devises Mondiales do not pay the spot rate found on xe.com when we aqcuire the currency. There are additional fees that we must pay, such as transportation and handlinf fees.
